DAYDREAMER.
Today was a fabulous day. It all started off by cutting strawberries at seven thirty am with wet hair because I was in a hurry. I was so excited for the day trip that I had to make sure I had all my cameras together. I even gotten a disposable camera because I thought that would be a lot of fun. Hopefully some good ones. Heath and I left at eight thirty and gotten to Livingston at eleven. It was a town of eight hundred and fifty people. Quite small. We went to the pink elephant antique mall, and it was so much fun. I found a blanket, and a few jewelry pieces. After an hour, we gotten hungry. We went to this marvelous winery called Shale Lake Winery. It had some fantastic wines, and some great food. Heath gotten barbecue chicken pizza, and I gotten a turkey smash panini. Amazing. We actually drank the whole bottle of wine, and we bought a bottle to take home too. It had a really cool loft, and the place was empty at that time. It was fun talking to Heath, felt like a first date again. I had so many butterflies, and he did too. I know that Heath is the one. I was a little tipsy when I left, and the day was hot. People think Illinois is boring, which for the most part it is. When you have the right mind, right people, and a fun place. It’s fun. And we had so much fun. We gotten home around five, and we were pretty tired. (and full.)

pop in the pizza kind of night.

I went into work today at 8:50 AM today and didn’t get out until 7 PM. My feet starting hurting at 2 PM, but rent is coming up. I thought I would pop in a pizza and watch television for a little bit. My boyfriend is so cute, and rubbed my feet. I missed him so much. It’s nice that we can wake up at the same time, and drink coffee in the mornings together. That rarely used to happen because I just used to sleep in considering I worked a lot of 3 to 9’s. Now just waking up early, and getting done early. It’s truly nice. I think now I can truly enjoy life more.

i like to dream.

I always dream that I’m in a different town. If I had enough money, I would TRAVEL the world. If my job would ALLOW it, I would BE all over the place. If it’s wasn’t for loving my family, I would be out of Illinois to Portland. Or by the beach. I’m sick of the cornfields, small town people, closed minded people, and mostly uptight people. You have ONE life to live, and you need to do what you love.

I would miss the countryside roads.

I would miss my family after a while.

I would miss eating fresh corn on the cob.

I would miss the small towns.

I would miss a lot of things.

I want to live by the beach. Riding my bike down to the beach. Going to an ice cream shop once a week. Trying new restaurants. Working in an awesome salon. Going to concerts all the time. having an historic apartment. having no car. just walking and biking everywhere.

And not having to worry about closed minded people. That’s everywhere, but it’s so much better when your living in a bigger (laid-back) city.

Heath and I decided over his split shift that we should do lunch in the park. Then I planned on making delicious BLT’s. We’ve been trying to save money and not going out to eat. We went to White Oak Park, and forgotten the blanket to sit on. We ate in the car, and then walked half way around the circle, and walked back. It was SO hot out. Tons of bees too which wasn’t fun. We did take a lot of photos though. We drove back home, and relaxed in the air conditioning. It was FAB. I love that we’ve been together for 8 months and we can still have make out sessions. This is seriously the man that I want to be with for the rest of my life. We can’t stop looking at each other, and stop smiling at each other.

i want to be closer, jesus.

I had a pretty interesting day today. I wish my relationship with God was a lot closer, and I’ve been not close for quite a while now. I was cutting this ladies hair today and she was a teacher. In January she’s been in a bad accident to where she’s could hardly speak. Since therapy she’s been great and talking pretty well. I mean, she could of died, and her children not having a mother. I almost cried right in front of this lady, and when she told me that she’s knows there’s a God. I really REALLY wanted to cry. I really want my relationship to deepen.

Almost in tears again.

Sometimes I feel like I’m in a dream that I can’t walk out of. Is this where I want to be? Is this who I want to be? Sometimes I can’t spit the right words of my tongue, and I know what I want to say inside. It just never comes out right. I know that I try to love everyone, but I really dislike tons of people’s personalities. Most people are flat out rude, liars, trying to be cool, or probably having a bad day. I completely understand people that have bad days, so do I. I dislike when I have hated in my heart, and I want to get over it. I’m too forgiving, and I’ll get over it. But seriously, clean up your act.
